Jack Fridman

Playing Career
Jack enjoyed a standout youth career, competing for BW Gottschee and the Levittown Gunners before joining NY HOTA Bavarian SC at the U12 level. He earned selections to elite training environments, including the Eastern NY State Soccer Association Olympic Development Program (ODP) and the NY Club Soccer League Player Development Program (PDP). As captain at NY HOTA, Jack helped lead his teams to the NPL Regional Championship Tournament and the Super Y National Championship Tournament.

At Port Washington High School, Jack played varsity soccer all four years, serving as captain for three. His honors include All State, 2019 Conference/Classification Player of the Year, and All Long Island (2019).

Jack continued his playing career in college, earning NJCAA All-American honors as captain of Nassau Community College in 2021 before advancing to play Division I soccer at Long Island University (LIU).

Coaching Career
Jack joined the NY HOTA Bavarian SC coaching staff as an assistant trainer for the 2007 program. He contributed to the development of a team that advanced to the US Youth Soccer Eastern Regionals championship game.

Philosophy
Drawing from his experiences as both a player and leader, Jack is dedicated to guiding youth athletes toward their full potential, emphasizing hard work, responsibility, and a love for the game.
